The “Ministry” in Ministry Concrete
I Romeo Martinez have dedicated my life to Christ Jesus. Although not perfect, I try to live my life and run my company to be of help to others in any way possible — whether customer or employee. And if the opportunity should arise to possibly share the positive message of the Bible, then great! If not, then I am content to do my best and give you a Great job. Ministry Concrete is not here to shove any message down anyone’s throat or to try and save the world. I have simply chosen not to sit idly by while there is such spiritual hunger all around me.
In an age where there is so much hopelessness, so much anger, so much hurt and so many unanswered questions. I have chosen to do something. Not only do I want to, but the Bible commands it. (Mk. 16:15 And He said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. Also, 1 John 3:23 This is His commandment, that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He commanded us.)
All I’m trying to do is bring Hope to those who have none and lend a helping hand as I am sure we can all relate to being down and out at one time or another in our lives, if we are honest with ourselves.
I have received criticism for choosing this name and the way I run my company, and in all honesty have probably lost work because of people shying away from the name or not liking what it stands for, however I have made a decision to live my life for God and the purpose He has called us to. I either have to live to please people or live to please God. I have chosen the latter as there is no other way for me.
Being a child of God has allowed me to progress in great strides not only at the trade in which I work but also in my personal life. As I have mentioned before, I am not perfect but I really do try to be fair and honest with everyone I come in contact with. I am very careful as to not overcharge in my bids and at the same time give the best materials and workmanship for the money. Ministry Concrete is not always the lowest price in town however we will be fair and honest with the work we do. It’s not always wise to go with the lowest bidder because in the end you do get what you pay for.
I try and give my customers the best job possible so as to give them their hard-earned money’s worth. I will not compromise the quality of the job by cutting corners.
